Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you have a change of mind & wish to return your item it will incur a (10%) admin restocking fee this fee covers the initial freight to you any time preparing & receiving your order.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note returns are not possible on clearance items & any diagnostic tool that has been used & registered to the manufacturer can not be returned. We can accept a return if it is unused & not registered.
