AUTOOL CT400 Fuel Injector Cleaner & Tester GDI
AUTOOL has released the CT400 GDI Injector Cleaner and Tester machine in 2021. Gasoline direct injection is a technology that injects fuel directly into the cylinder and mixes it with the intake air. Compared to conventional injectors, the use of GDI can help improve engine efficiency and specific power output as well as reduce exhaust emissions. CT400 not only supports GDI, EFI, FSI and other types of fuel injectors, but also compatible with common standard fuel injectors. The CT400 is available in three voltages to drive the GDI injectors, 12V, 70V and 120V, which basically covers the injectors of the majority vehicle brands in Europe, America and Asia.
AUTOOL CT400 adopts the latest and unique GDI fuel injector drive technology, which can drive 12V, 70V, 120V high pressure fuel injectors. Meanwhile, please don\'t worry if you can\'t judge the voltage type of injector, the CT400 will alarm the mismatch voltage, as the CT400 can intelligently determine the required driving voltage of GDI injector.
Featuring 12 Injector Functions
- Ultrasonic cleaning: It sends signals to the injectors through the pulse signal line, using the cleaning fluid with the ultrasonic vibration so as to completely remove the carbon and impurities inside the injectors.
- Idle speed test (0-20ms): Simulate the engine idling speed and test the state of the fuel injector.
- Medium speed test (0-7.5ms): simulate the engine running at medium speed and test the state of the fuel injector.
- High-speed test (0-4ms): Simulate the high-speed performance of the engine and test the state of the fuel injector.
- Acceleration test: Simulate the acceleration state of the car and test the performance of the fuel injector.
- Shift speed test: Simulate the shifting state of the car and test the working performance of the fuel injector.
- Leakage test: Test the sealing condition of the fuel injector.
- Idle speed spray ability Test: Simulate the engine idling state and test the spraying performance of the fuel injector.
- Medium speed spray ability test: Simulate the engine medium-speed state and test the spraying performance of the fuel injector.
- High-speed spray ability test: Simulate the high-speed state of the engine and test the spraying performance of the fuel injector.
- Reverse flush: Reverse flush is a way to clean the injectors with the test liquid flowing from the outlet to the inlet of the injector. Reverse flush may remove the dirt inside the injector or the injector Strainer (Only for the top fuel supply injector).
- No-disassembly cleaning: Direct cleaning without disassembling the injectors, this function is an additional function, which requires special adapters.
Full inspection of injectors
- Uniformity test: To test the uniformity of injecting amount of each injector.
- Spray ability test: To monitor the spraying status of each injector with the help of backlight.
- Leakage test: To test the sealing and dribbling conditions of injectors under high pressure.
- Injecting flow test: To check the injecting amount of the injector of specific injection condition(eg. same time and number of times).
Intelligent cooling system
The AUTOO CT400 injector cleaner is equipped with a cooling fan and thermal protection with a power of 60w. In case of high temperature during use, the cooling system will start intelligently to avoid damaging the machine due to overheating, thus increasing the service life of the machine.
Test level Gauge & Drain Valve
It allows you to observe the amount of test fluid directly and clearly. Remove the liquid level gauge to drain out the test liquid, which can recover and reuse the test liquid. The oil drain valve can drain the waste cleaning fluid to the old fluid recovery device after cleaning.
Pressure Gauge
It allows you to observe the pressure during test to avoid damage to machine or injectors caused by excessive pressure.
