The overhead clear floor design leaves the floor area unobstructed, and a steel wire rope balancing system keeps both sides lifting evenly. Built to Professional Standards
THINKCAR two post lifts are made from Q235 hot-rolled steel plate, with 5mm+ plate used on 4 tonne models. Supporting arms are 2+3 section as standard, giving a longer range of movement and suiting a wider range of vehicles. An anti-falling chain wheel, 8 chains with 115 sections and a steel-core wire rope of 9mm+ are used, with a 40mm oil cylinder, double-channel welded seals and polyurethane piston seals.
Tested for Safety
Cylinders are pressure tested, and the lift series is rated through 120% dynamic and 150% static load testing. Cables and oil pipes are fully covered, and the CE-compliant design uses a high-quality power unit for reliable everyday operation.
