THINKLINK Pro Professional VCI
The included THINKLINK Pro gives the Expert 399 support for modern vehicle communication protocols including CAN FD and DoIP, together with J2534 and RP1210 capability. This provides the communication platform required for advanced diagnostics across modern passenger and commercial vehicles.
Dual-Vehicle Diagnostics
With an additional compatible VCI, the Expert 399 can support diagnosis of two vehicles simultaneously. Combined with the tablet's split-screen capability, this can help improve productivity in a busy workshop by allowing diagnostic information from two vehicles to be managed from the same platform. Additional VCI sold separately.
AI-Assisted Diagnostics and TCOS
THINKCAR's TCOS platform includes AI-assisted diagnostic functions designed to support technicians through fault finding and diagnostic workflows. The large 14-inch 2.5K IPS display provides excellent screen space for live data, system information and split-screen operation.
