THINKCAR T391 EV – Electric & Hybrid Diagnostic Scanner
The THINKCAR T391 EV is a diagnostic scanner designed for electric vehicles (EV), hybrids and plug-in hybrids (PHEV). It combines full-system diagnostics with high-voltage battery, BMS, charging and energy management diagnostics, and comes with the dedicated THINKCAR D300 EV VCI. THINKCAR lists coverage of more than 140 EV and hybrid brands.

The included D300 EV VCI is the communication interface for accessing modern EV control modules and vehicle systems.
Built Around High-Voltage Diagnostics
The T391 EV is designed for the diagnostic work that electric and hybrid vehicles need. It can analyse individual battery cell voltage and overall battery health, check the Battery Management System (BMS), review charging and energy management data, and read and clear faults on EV systems, with live data and data recording for deeper analysis.
Full-System Capability Too
Beyond the EV functions, the T391 EV runs full-system scans, bi-directional control, actuator tests, ECU coding and adaptations on supported vehicles. That makes it a single tool for hybrids and plug-in hybrids that still need conventional systems checked, as well as full EVs.
Adapters for Popular EV Models
The package includes a large set of model-specific EV adapters, including BYD, Tesla, Xpeng, Zeekr, Aion and more, plus Tesla LAN connection cables, so common EV models can be connected straight away.
