The AUTOOL CT160 is an entry-level injector cleaning and testing machine for motorcycle and automotive fuel injectors. It combines ultrasonic cleaning with controlled injector operation, so technicians can assess injectors before and after cleaning while simulating different engine operating conditions. It handles up to four cylinders at once.

How It Works

• Ultrasonic cleaning: add cleaning fluid, place the injectors in the bath, connect the pulse signal lines and select the ultrasonic cleaning function.
• Injector testing: add test fluid, mount the injectors on the fuel distributor and select a test to check for leaking or blocked injectors.
• A professional automotive injector test fluid is recommended for best results.
